AJCM Office Team in Wolverhampton

Sharon Richards-Glover has a wealth of customer service and management experience gained from over 20 years within the customer service industry and also over 16 years of leading teams. In 2002, Sharon was awarded a National Customer Service Award for Customer Service Professional of the Year. Sharon joined AJCM in 2015 as Office Manager and took up the post of Operations Manager in January 2017, overseeing the performance and development of internal and operations processes.

Nadine Poseck Howard joined the company in May 2017 and supports the Clinical team. She completed a BSc (Hons) Psychology degree in 2013 and has a background in supporting people with learning difficulties and working in the healthcare sector, particularly within compliance. She is involved in support worker supervisions, training, appraisals, probation sign offs, audits and IANS/ medication errors, overviewing over 60 Support workers. She helps to ensure the service that AJCM provide follows the CQC guidelines and procedures, seeks to improve quality of care and strives to achieve outstanding in all areas.

Hannah Timmins has a strong background in administration, healthcare and working within a team environment. Hannah is the first point of contact for recruitment. She ensures the smooth running of the entire recruitment process; from placing the advert right through to interviews and inductions. This also includes ensuring that all safe recruitment checks are carried out effectively and promptly to ensure employment laws are adhered to.

Bridget Laffoley joined AJCM in February 2016 as part of the Payroll team, but has since moved into the role of Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Before joining AJCM, she was a sales rep for a large national company, and was personally responsible over 70 customers and a turnover of half a million pounds. She is the key point of contact for new enquiries, understanding client’s unique personal situation and linking them to a suitable case manager.

Jillian Varns joined the AJCM Team in 2015 as part of the administration team. Her background is as a team leader within the Life Assurance and Pensions Industry. Having worked in client facing roles for over 15 years Jillian bring a wealth of customer service and office administration knowledge to the office team.

Jo Llewellyn is the newest member of the team and joined AJ Case Management in September 2018 as part of the payroll team. Before joining Jo was a qualified dental nurse for 8 years then joined the RAF as a Medic for 9 years. Within these roles she had a lot of administration experience, has a keen eye for detail and is very person centred in her approach. Jo also has experience working as part of a very diverse team to ensure the needs of patients and clients were met at all times. Jo is now the main contact for payroll enquires at AJ Case Management and is a fantastic addition to our team.
